  • During subscription: All data remains accessible

  • After cancellation: Your access continues through the end of your billing period

  • After billing period ends: Your data remains on our servers unless you request deletion

  • Why we keep it: So you can rejoin and access your saved resumes

  • How to delete: Request deletion at info@paigecareers.com - we'll delete within 45 days

 

Your Responsibility: Download any resumes you want before canceling, or keep a backup separately.

What We Collect: Resume content you upload, your name and email address, resume analysis, usage data

 

Purpose: Lead generation tool to introduce you to Margaret Gerety Advisors, Paige Careers, and our professional services

Client Calls and Consultations

We use Fathom, a third-party AI meeting assistant, to record, transcribe, and summarize client and prospective client calls, including initial consultation calls. You will be notified of recording in your scheduling confirmation and at the start of each call.

Call recordings and transcripts may contain personal and professional information you share during the call. Portions of call summaries or transcripts may be used by our team — including through AI drafting tools — solely for the purpose of delivering your services.

Fathom does not use your personal meeting data to train its AI models. All call recordings and transcripts are treated as Confidential Information.

To opt out of call recording, contact us before your scheduled call at info@margaretgerety.com and we will make alternative arrangements.

Important: Please do not share your current employer's confidential or proprietary information during calls or in any materials you provide to us. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of third-party information within AI processing environments.

 

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Stripe (payment processing — they do not store your full card details on our servers)

  • Anthropic (Claude AI — powers both our Paige Careers platform and AI-assisted drafting in our professional services)

  • Fathom (call recording and transcription for client and consultation calls)

  • HoneyBook (business management and payment processing for professional services)

  • Wix (website hosting)

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)


These service providers are required under their terms of service and, where applicable, data processing agreements, to protect your information. We do not sell your information.

  • Website analytics: Up to 26 months
