• Processing Environment: Your information is processed by the AI tool in a secure environment with industry-standard protections.

• AI Model Training: The AI does not retain or learn from your personal information after each session. Your data is not used to train or improve the AI model.

Honeybook implements robust security measures to protect your information and complies with industry standards for data protection.

AI Resume App Data: Our AI Resume App is hosted on Heroku's cloud platform. Your account information, documents, and usage data related to the App are stored on Heroku's secure servers. Heroku maintains SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring your data is protected according to industry security standards.

Payment Processing: All payments for our professional services (excluding the AI Resume App) are processed through Honeybook's payment system. When you make a payment for these services, you are directed to Honeybook's secure payment interface. Honeybook's payment processing adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council

 

Currently, our AI Resume App is offered at no cost. Should we implement paid features in the future, we will update this policy to provide information about the payment processor used and relevant security measures.

 

While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use the Site and provide us with your information at your own risk.
