Before the workshops begin, you'll receive a personalized audit and video from Margaret. Then you'll build your resume alongside her across three live workshops and two office hours sessions — with real-time coaching and the accountability of a weekly rhythm.

A Small, Private Cohort for Working Professionals
Capped at 20 participants, sessions are < 60 minutes (12 pm ET, video replay available). Homework is manageable. Participate at whatever level of visibility feels right — cameras off, questions submitted anonymously, no forced group exercises.

AI-Assisted Drafting
You'll use Paige Careers, an AI-powered resume tool, to generate first drafts and iterate quickly — so your time is spent refining, not writing from scratch. Six months of access is included, so you can keep tailoring your resume for each application long after the workshop ends.
Your Instructor
Margaret Gerety is a former attorney, academic advisor, and executive career strategist. She has spent her career helping professionals navigate complex systems and high-stakes transitions, coaching more than 300 mid- to senior-level professionals across financial services, law, business, government, and nonprofit sectors. Margaret graduated from Harvard University (AB '02) and Harvard Law School (JD '07) and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer and Digital Career Strategist. She lives in Washington, DC and previously served as Assistant Dean at Georgetown University Law Center.
